Critical incident reviews play a vital role in organizational learning and risk management. Our team of experts have reviewed several of the highest profile active shooter events in the world including the Pulse Nightclub mass shooting, the London Bridge attack and the New Zealand Mosque mass shooting. These reviews are conducted to understand the circumstances surrounding the incident, identify contributing factors, and recommend improvements to prevent similar challenges in the future.
